Pastors Ron and Carla Ives founded The Potter’s House Family Worship Center in 1986.

Their hearts are committed to see people transformed by encountering God. With great passion, both endeavor to know Him more each day and help prepare God’s people for their divine purpose.  Pastors Ron and Carla have three adult children and 6 grand children.  Pastor Ron is currently working on his Masters degree at Regent University.  Both are ordained and licensed through Messenger Fellowship.

Coming to the church in 1988, Pastor Chuck is truly a man transformed by the power of God.  His heart is to see the life giving breath of God touch the lost and broken. Pastor Chuck has worked with jails and prisons throughout Michigan as well as internationally.  He is also active in mediation within the county court system.  Pastor Chuck is married to Wendy Allen and has two adult children. Pastor Chuck is ordained and licensed through Messenger Fellowship.

Pastors Caleb and Latoya Ives serve as the youth pastors at The Potter’s House Family Worship Center. With hearts of passion to develop young men and women of God through discipleship, they instill excitement and love for God to the next generation. In 2004, Pastor Caleb and Pastor Latoya received their Bachelor degrees from Lee University. They are both licensed through Messenger Fellowship.  With a growing family, with daughters Lily and Grace, they keep life in perspective knowing that living is about fulfilling the purposes of God.

Pastors Matt and Nicole serve as Children/Family Pastors at the Potters House Family Worship Center, with a goal of restoring families through the love of Christ.  Pastors Matt and Nicole currently have 4 children with plans to add more.  Both have graduated from Reach the Children’s “Children’s Ministry Training Institute” and Matt is licensed through Messenger Fellowship. Currently Matt is working on a Christian Counseling Certificate and Nicole plans to get her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development. 

Pastor Jim and Karen Rathbun serve as Lead Care Pastors and Elders. They have been serving the Lord since January of 1974. Both of them have spent over 25 years in Children’s Ministry and several years as Assistant Pastor in Saginaw and Freeland.  Pastor Jim is ordained and licensed through Messenger Fellowship. They have been married 42 years – have 4 grown sons – 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Their passion is to see the body of Christ become strong in the Lord, to know who they are and what power they have in Christ.

Matt and Mary serve as equippers at Potter's House Family Worship Center, with a heart to see each person active in their membership ministry, moving in the gifts, walking in the spirit, and transforming people’s lives as they bring God's kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. Matt oversees the prophetic teams and healing teams at the Potter's House and is a licensed minister through Messenger fellowship and has also been active as a successful Christian businessman for the last 15 years. Mary also serves as a vocalist and musician on the worship team at the Potter's House. Matt and Mary have been married for over 15 years and have 5 blessed children.

Selso Martinez grew up in a south suburb of Chicago, IL and serves as an elder and as a vocalist in the music ministry. He enjoys studying the Word of God and strongly desires to mature as a godly husband and father. His wife, Becky grew up in Hemlock, MI and is a North Central Bible College alumnus. She serves as a music minister and has a passion to love God and be loved by God. Selso and Becky have been married over ten years and have been blessed with a beautiful daughter, Simone.
