Breaking Free Prison Ministry

We recognize that many in the jail & prison population have a need for the life-changing word of Jesus Christ.  The Prison Ministry at The Potter’s House has worked to develop a strong team that reaches out to the local county jail.  Men and women in the Mt. Pleasant country jail hear the life changing message of Jesus Christ.  Teams consistently conduct services and visitation to local inmates.

The Potter’s House ministers God’s life-changing word to prisoners through Sunday services, Christmas outreaches, and discipleship opportunities for current and former inmates. A community service partnership program, with the local county jail has enabled The Potter’s House to reach out with practical everyday working opportunities for soon to be released inmates.

The Potter’s House also works with missionaries in Central America, providing the Gospel and ministry to prisoners in those countries.
