The Potter’s House Family Worship Center exists to make and mobilize true disciples of Jesus Christ.

What is a Disciple? 

In the Bible, the original Greek word used for “disciple” means “apprentice.” The disciples didn’t just meet up once a week in a classroom and study for a test they hoped they would pass. They followed Jesus everywhere. They learned from Him as they walked along together through the everyday ordinary. They studied His teachings. And the goal of all of this was simple: To become like Him and carry out His mission even after He was gone. 

How did they do that? 

The early church didn't need to invent a new program for disciple-making, they just needed to follow the example of Jesus (Acts 2:42). And guess what? So do we. 

Here at the Potter’s House, you will find us: 

Gathering Around the Scripture. 

As disciples, we are called to abide in His Word (John 8:31-32). We do this through solid Biblical teaching on Sunday Mornings and in-depth Bible Study opportunities throughout the week. 

Living Life Together. 

Discipleship happens beyond Sunday mornings. It happens in relationships (John 13:35). At Potter's House, living life together is a priority. Through our Community Events, Care Ministry, and Life Groups - we create space for relationships to grow. 

Prayer & Worship.  

In scripture, we find the early church carving out time to worship and pray together (Acts 2:42). At the Potter's House, we do the same. Our Sunday Morning Gatherings offer a time of corporate worship as we begin and times of corporate prayer and personal reflection throughout the service. 

Missions & Outreach. 

In Matthew 28:18-20, Jesus tells His disciples to go into all the world and make disciples. This is our mission at Potter's House - to be disciples that make disciples. We do this through local and global missions, community outreach, and evangelism training.
